Beautiful Geneva!

Genève… One of the most beautiful cities to visit. Classy people with really gentle behaviours. Life may be a bit expensive but seriously– you get what you pay. You can just relax at the old town, walk in the rich streets of Geneva for hours and get lost by the lake. The hometown of the world’s most prestigious watchmakers makes the city and the society in general so elegant. Top quality cuisine and beautiful views.

Must-Dine: The Parisian style restaurant in Rue du Mont-Blanc 26, “Café de Paris” by Chez Boubier where you get served an entrecôte of beef, topped with their signature butter sauce and of course some delicious homemade french-fries on the side. When in food, trust me. I know better 😉😝

Must-See: Jet D’eau, a jet of water in the middle of the lake shooting 500 litres of water per second and reaching 140 meters into the sky. (Better by night)

Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate truffles are the simplest of candy to make; cream cheese, biscuits and time is all it takes to create something extremely delicious. Trust me, you’re gonna fall for them. To begin with, you will only need about 10 minutes to make these elegant and heavenly tasty truffle bites.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 packets of chocolate biscuits
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

METHOD:

  1. Blend the biscuits so thoroughly till they become one
  2. In a medium sized bowl bring the heavy whipping cream and the biscuits and mix them together with a spoon (use your hands if possible, for a quicker and easier result)
  3. Once the mixture is ready shape them into small balls
  4. Then roll them in cocoa powder or chocolate truffle and place them on the top of an aluminum foil
  5. Now place the balls in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours till they set
